PROGRAM:
Tento zajezd byl podniknut hlavne vlakem. Zacal 4.8. v Ceskoslovensku (Praze) a pokracoval do ZAPADNIHO NEMECKA (Frankfurt nad Mohanem) a do BELGIE na 5. a 6.8. (Brusel, Ostend). Odtud na trajektu pres Kanal la Manche do VELKE BRITANIE, kde zacal Anglii po dobu 6. az 15.8. (Canterbury, Londyn, zamek Windsor, Bournemouth, Stonehenge, Stratford, Coventry, Liverpool, Blackpool, Jezerni district, Carlisle). Mezi 16. a 17.8. Severni Irsko (Giant’s Causeway, Belfast) a mezi 18. a 25.8. Skotsko (Glasgow, vystup na Ben Nevis, Loch Ness, Inverness, Perth a Edinburgh) a na 26. az 28.8. zpet do Anglie (Cambridge, Londyn). Pak na trajektu pres Kanal la Manche do HOLANDSKA, kde od 29. do 31.8. (Rotterdam, vetrne mlyny, den Haag a Amsterdam). Zpet do ZAPADNIHO NEMECKA (Norimberk) a Ceskoslovenska (Prahy).

Cestovni kancelar: Ta nebyla pouzita, ale pozvani z Anglie bylo potreba na ziskani povoleni ceskoslovenske vlady k ceste do Zapanich statu. Cestovali jsme hlavne vlakem a spali v youth hostelech.

BI-02   -   Velmi dukladna cesta autobusem po Velke Britanii (Anglii, Cornwallu, Walesu, Severniho Irska a Skotska)  a Irske republiky 
Termin cesty:     17.6.   -   16.7.2002

PROGRAM:
Dne 17.6. casne ranni odlet z Prahy do Londyna ve VELKE BRITANII. Samostatna navsteva botanicke zahrady Kew Gardens. Od 18.6., po prohlidce Londyna, cesta autobusem po jizni casti Anglie (Canterbury, Hastings, Battle, Brighton, Winchester, Stonehenge, Exeter, Narodni park Dartmoor a Plymouth).  Pak 2 dny v Cornwallu (s St. Michel Mount, Land’s End and St. Ives). Navrat do Anglie (Glastonbury, Bath s rimskymi laznemi) to Cardiffu ve Walesu. Trajektem do IRSKE REPUBLIKY, kde od 24. do 29.6. (navsteva Waterfordu s Crystal Co. vyrabejici brousene sklo, Corku, hradu Blarney s libajicim kamenem, zapadni pobrezi ostrova s Tralee, Ennis, Cliffs of Moher a mesto Galway, kde mnoho lidi mluvi gaelsky). Dne 29.6. vjizdime do Severniho Irska (se zastavkou v tovarne na porcelain, Londonderry, Giant’s Causeway a hlavniho mesta Belfast). Dne 30.6. se vracime do Irske republiky a jejiho hlavniho mesta Dublinu (2 dny prohlidky vc. Trinity College s Book of Kell a mestskeho hradu). Z Dublinu trajektem do severniho Walesu. Fotografujeme jmeno nadrazi s 58 pismeny. Pak pres pohori Snowdonia do Anglie s navstevou mesta Chester a Jezerniho distriktu. Odtud do Skotska s mesteckem Gretna Green (v minulosti zname pro tak zv. kovadlinove svatby) a Glasgowa. Z Glasgova podel Loch Lomond, Fort Williams, trajektem na ostrov Skye, Loch Ness a do Inverness. Z neho pak excurse na Highlands s Inverewe Gardens (botanicka zahrada) a destilovny Glen Ord Whisky. Pak Battlefield of Culloden Moor, zamek Balmoral, St. Andrews (slavne golfove hriste), vlakovy most Forth do hlavniho mesta Skotska, Edinburku. Po prohlidce jiz opet do Anglie s prohlidkou casti Hadrianovy zdi, mesta Yorku, Coventry (znicene za ii. svet. valky), Stratford nad Avonou (misto, kde se narodil Shakespeare) a pres zamek Blenheim s navstevou hrobky Churchilla v Blendonu. Pred navratem do Londyna jeste navsteva universitniho mesta Oxfordu. Zpet v Londyne 10.7. V pristich 4 dnech jsem si prohlizel Londyn sam a vetsinou pesky. Posledni dva dny jsem navstivil jiz mimo mesto Ken-a, se kterym jsem cestoval nedavno v Africe. Pri tom jsme navstivili zamek Ightham Mote. Do Prahy se vracim 16.7.
